This four-story, mixed use building was a large project on a very tight timeline. The building owner wanted to open for retail businesses and tenant rentals as soon as possible, leading Point Builders to generate innovative planning solutions to meet the strict timeline requirements. Material arrivals were scheduled to take place only when needed, to avoid reliance on limited storage space, and to improve the efficiency of subcontractor work and scheduling. This building features one and two-bedroom apartments, private tenant parking and office and retail spaces. |
