Operation Threshold was driven from its smaller, original location in Waterloo by the flood of 2008. Point was proud to join forces with this social services provider on construction of a new office building. To ensure state funding would be provided, this project needed to be LEED certified. Point Builders assembled a project team and work plan that resulted in an LEED Silver Certification for placing environmental priority on the project.
