The Wilton Community School District selected Point Builders for a multiphase project including demolition of an elementary school, building a new K-6 addition, interior renovations and building a new baseball diamond. Point provided a turnkey solution that included referendum assistance, preliminary budgeting, design and construction services. The new baseball diamond was started in July after the season and was ready for opening day the following season. The school remained open during construction which required precise scheduling and detailed communication with the district. The project came in below budget which allowed the school to fund some additional work on the playground. Point Builders delivered this project on schedule to meet the district’s growing enrollment needs.
